Jorge is the creative force behind Olive Juice. A classically trained chef, sommelier, and interior designer, he brings an unmatched eye for beauty, flavor, and detail to every experience we create. With more than 15 years as a Culinary Creative Director, he knows how to turn simple ingredients into something memorable, thoughtful, and beautifully designed.
Wyatt brings the heart behind the hospitality and the structure behind the scenes. With a background in operations and customer experience, he makes sure every detail runs smoothly so guests can feel cared for from start to finish. He loves creating thoughtful, joyful moments that make people feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly special.
